I have been using it for almost a month now.i had a similar product in the past but instead of 'gel pads' I had to buy a water based cream/gel.It works! You won’t get instant abs but I definitely feel like I did a lot of exercise after using it a couple of repeated times in the highest set. It is honestly much more comfortable than doing exercise in my opinion. You can be sited or lying down and using it.It is easy to use. Just 3 buttons. Manual says their function.The one I had years back was a bit stronger, but somehow I feel like this one is safer.The 'kit' comes with one for the tummy and other two to use wherever you want it (I believe especially arms and legs). I have the impression that the smaller ones are a little bit stronger, so sometimes I use them as well on my stomach.It comes with extra gel pads so you can change them when old. From what I searched replacements for the gel pads are inexpensive.Oh!!! I does not come with batteries, you will need 6 of them.

I love the fact that I could feel the effects of the stimulator actually stimulating my muscles. I've been raised up on the quote " No pain, no gain " and according to the stimulator the more intense the workout the more stimulating that one's muscles go through. My pain was eased and it would definitely give you abs or feel like it which is something I love about it as well. Very great workout tool, very effective.

I was skeptical when buying this tool. I've never used this before but this really works!!! it feels like I went to the gym and did a full ab workout. My boyfriend loves it too! It’s super easy to assemble & wear while you are doing other tasks. Definitely recommend this product!

I'm very happy with the functioning and quality of this product. i can use it on every part of my body, arm ,neck, shoulders, thigh, abs... i use it for exercise and sometimes for massage.

It save my time because i can wear this while doing things around house. I wouldn't expect to get a 6 pack from it but after 3 weeks I feel firmer.
