I'm not a fan of things that taste like dirt or resemble dirt. Or macha. Or anything that tastes gritty. This though, is not like that at all! With hot water (we boil in the kettle), we mix 1 packet with 8-10oz of hot water and drink. It goes down easy. No bitter taste and it actually tastes great. I mean, not coffee good, but it doesn't taste like ---, well, you know. I'm hoping for health benefits, but honestly, it's probably better to be drinking this than soda pop, so I'll do a cup of this a day and hope my type II diabetes and hypertension can be helped with some diet and exercise changes. I do feel more energized. It took a while for shipping and Mom had to translate a lot of videos from Tagalog for me, since I didn't learn as a kid. We are spreading the word about Barley Grass Powder! Hope this helps what ails you.

Received product with concerns. Description on Amazon says Japanese, but product was shipped from China. Most concerning is the fact that there is nothing on the box of product that states where it was processed, who processed it, etc. No mention of company name or location. Is this legal for sale in the USA? I will not be purchasing this product again.
