Ordered a mug for my husbands birthday. He was thrilled! Sadly, there was a flaw along the rim and it was unusable.I contacted Ben, sent images and he agreed the flaw was not our fault and replaced the mug immediately. It arrived the next day.I can't praise Ale Horn enough. Their customer service is second to none and their products are beautiful. I will definitely be using them again.Thank you Ben!

I love that a full can of beer goes in a lot of the other ones capacity isn't as big so you have to carry your can on with the horn, this one capacity is fantastic. A great surprise gift for game of thrones and viking fans....love it x

The horn mug is amazing, really good quality. Plastic on the bottom is a bit shoddy with rough edges alone one side. Did not come with free toasting horn as advert says which was disappointing so return as not an accurate sale

Looked nice on the shelf, but at closer inspection it looked a bit plasticky. Even so I liked it, but it began to leak very badly after 3 months. I sent a returns enquiry to the seller, asking if it was covered under warranty (as I’d paid over £35!) and whether it was likely to be a manufacturing issue. Never heard back from the seller, they didn’t even have the courtesy to reply.

Bought as a gift and the recipient was very happy. Just a note of caution to say that the xl is huge!Really well made though and have a very authentic feel to them.

Great, we had a problem with the first one as it split down the side, but they resolved the issue immediately and replaced it, brilliant customer service and the second one is bang onThank you
