This is the best travel mug you can buy! As a wheelchair user I wanted to get a cup with a lid that didn't spill but I could drink out of easily while on the go - round my house or out on a trip. This fits the bill! I made my first drink out of it at 1 p.m. yesterday & put the lid that had the slider on it & packed the straw in my bag. I set off on a bus trip with my plan to find a scenic place to stop & enjoy my tea. But it was too hot! so I wandered onwards to a garden centre and had a good look round, but still my tea was rather too hot. I had the handle clipped onto my seat belt & the liquid never spilt throughout my trip. I finally finished my tea at 3.30 p.m. and it was still rather hot and that's with a plastic lid on. Although the cup will leak if you hold it upside down, holding it upright I never got one drip out of it. And being double layered, the cup never feels hot to the touch. The straw is robust made out of metal. It's useful having a brush to clean it with & the two lids are very well made & cover the cup very well. I vote this the best product especially for the price and I'm going for another one to have as spare. If you're looking for a strong well designed cup that will last you ages, then this is it. I'm sure you'll be able to get replacement straws & lids when they wear out. Also, the removable strong handle is very robust too.

I bought this for my disabled mother who has Parkinsons, she had tried lots of mugs designed for the less abled but they didn't keep drink hot weren't that easy to handle and frankly look awful. She is very pleased with this mug as it looks good, has a decent amount of drink, just over a 'normal' mug and it stays hot for hours, the straw means she can find her mouth and not spill it everywhere. The only down side is that she can't dunk her biscuits because of the lid and straw, we overcame this by giving her a normal mug just for dunking. I recommend it for anyone.

....only if you don't want to fill it AND have a lid on it. 20oz takes you to the brim. Put a lid on and it's hot liquid everywhere. Max 18oz practical usage. But a nice enough mug, will still take most of my morning coffee, I'll just need to neck the rest before I'm leaving.

Received next day, great looking product, sturdy. Complete with a stainless steel straw / stirrer, cleaning brush, a handle, and a spare lid. Wanted a mug that would hold a large Costa / Starbucks drink and this does the job. Very happy...will definitely order a second one.

I was after a very large mug to accommodate my big coffee in the morning. This mug is huge, seriously insulated, well made and good value. Very happy with the purchase. Love the metal straw too!

Love this cup accept it doesn't fit in my car holder ! It holds lots of water cool for ages even when left in car in heat water doesn't become Luke warm !

Good size for large drinks in UK vendors. Lid might be bit fragile. Nice colour. Be aware offer sent with product not valid in UK

I'm so pleased with this mug! I just had my 3rd baby and wanted something to keep my drinks cold/hot and to hand without spilling. This mug is perfect for that. I no longer have to drink my coffee cold in the morning, and during the day I can top it up with something chilly when I get a min and now always have a cold drink at the ready (so important for breastfeeding!). The lid is very secure too :)
