This product meets my needs.

After one month I feel a change to my hair. For one thing, it stays clean longer, gets less oily. I didnt expect that, but I wash it less often now which may help with hair growth. Haven't noticed new hair, but it definitely feels stronger. healthier and thicker. I take two tabs, 10,000 mcg, as I read it is tolerable and I have no side effects. What I dont need comes out in the wash, if you know what I mean.
