Flexi Hose Lightweight Expandable Garden Hose, No-Kink Flexibility, 3/4 Inch Solid Brass Fittings and Double Latex Core (150 FT, Black)

Very well made and without doubt one of - if not THE best of - it's type; DON'T be tempted to scrimp on cheep immitations as you'll regret it (ask me how I know!). Using this is sooooo much less hassle than a bulky, cumbersome, heavy and unweildy plastic hose - it's actually a joy to use. The only thing (for me), was that the brass end nozzle (the end with the on-off lever), has an EXTERNAL 3/4 inch (19mm, I believe), dhread (as do all these types of hose with brass fittings I've seen), and no garden centre or shop I could find locally had a spray gun (or any other type) of attachment to fit this; it seems most only sell the type designed to grip onto a platic hose. Such fittings ARE available, but from my own experience it's very likely you'll need to order one on-line, and they are about £10.00 to £15.00. So, not a fault, just a potential "keep in mind" thing. I would most certainly not go back to a rubber hose UNLESS when you use the hose, it is likely to trail over soil or other dirty surface, as all fabric covered hoses will pick up the dirt and are not that easy to clean (which is about the ONLY merit a conventional hose now has in my book!). P.S. - in use, make sure before you use it, with the nozzle end closed, you turn the tap on and let the hose extend fully before using it. Similarly, when you've finished, leave the nozzle end open when you turn the tap off, and let the hose shrink back down again. A brilliant piece of kit!

Very easy to use in the garden and greenhouse. Seems much stronger and less likely to kink than many lightweight hoses.

I only received this a couple of days ago. It seems to be a great hose, not heavy however, you do need a connecting part if you want to attach a multi sprinkler etc. Also the part that attached to the tap is a simple screw on connector not a pull down and off connector which I was used to. I will have to purchase a converter to make it possible to connect the pull down part to the tap. Brilliant price and lifetime guarantee. I would have given 5 stars if it had the more user friendly connectors.

This works fine and as described. What I didn't realsie is that you can't use these hoses while they are coiled up on the tap which was a bit of a problem for me because I often want to fill up a watering can rather than use the hose and its a nuisance having to unscrew it from the tap. I discovered that its not that easy to interface this hose to all my other hozelock quick connect fittings unless you happen to have a 2170P9000 connector lying around so I'd sugggest you get one unless the hosepipe can be permanently screwed onto the tap.

- Hose is a pain to loop up after use, I bought a particularly long one as I hadn’t had a front outside tap fitted yet, I regret.- lasted 2 years and 2 brass fittings split, I isolated it inside and left it open for both winters and it still managed to fail- although it’s 1/2” bsp on the end, its internal o rings mean I now need to replace the whole hose.Gimmick

This is my third lightweight hose over last 5 years. Sharp edges in my garden eventually cause damage. But this one is really sturdy, and generally well made. The hose is a wider gauge than the previous two which means I get the watering done much quicker. Delivery was super quick - ordered Sunday night and delivered by Monday lunchtime. Really pleased with my latest hose.

It seems like the choice is either hoses that kink, split but can be cut down if needed or these which don’t kink, are light and easier to store but last a year or two then split, writing off the whole thing. I’m on my third…But it’s well packaged and that little stopper tap is very handy for pressure washers and other kit.Be careful on the connections; I had to be a little creative to make mine fit my washer and sprayer but once done, all good.I don’t have much faith in the warranty but sadly these need to be viewed as disposable items.This is the best I’ve had so far.

The quality of the hose is fantastic. Quite disappointed though that none of the fitting are compatible with the brass fittings I already had. I ordered 3 different sets of quick release connectors & none fitted, had to return them all. I still cannot attach it to the tap. My recommendation would be to order one that comes with connectors. I even ordered the ones recommended on Amazon for thsi hose, still didn't fit so beware.

My rubber hoses kept requiring replacement every few years due to getting sun-damaged and cracking. It was very frustrating so I thought I'd give this flexi-hose a try and I've had it much longer now than any of my former rubber hoses - still no cracks!!! It's much more lightweight and because it's expandable, it's super easy to move from location to location. Very happy with this product.

I've been using these hoses for several years now. We use them in the barn,in the garden,to wash equipment,etc. They outlast any other flex hose I've tried and they are easier to use and have much better water flow. We put them through some very harsh conditions and in winter extreme cold down to -50F(we drain after each use in this kind of cold of course). They handle anything easily and stay nice and flexible. We can drive farm equipment over them,animals step on them and chew on them,they get dragged in dirt and rocks,etc. Very very durable. If I had one complaint I would say the valve end could be a little better made. We usually end up putting our own end on before the hose wears out because the valve in the original end starts leaking long before the hose actually goes bad. It's a minor inconvenience and for as great and durable as these hoses are in every other way it's well worth it to me. I would recommend this hose to anyone that's looking for a good quality flex hose that's also very competitively priced. Great product!

Product broke about 40 days into a 30 day return policy. We have two similar and haven’t had issues but this latest one has a significant leak that developed in the hose and can no longer be used.EDIT: Updated review to commend the exceptional customer service received. Seller reached out directly and offered to replace the malfunctioning piece of equipment at no charge. Stellar customer service and truly appreciate the assistance. Thanks!

I bought this hose last December 2020. This hose has not lasted even 1 year. It already has sprung a large leak rendering it unusable. I have always made sure all water was out of it every time I use it and also turn the lever off till the next time I use it. I have used it almost daily for this whole past year. But I would think it should last longer then this. Now I have to buy another one. But it won't be from this brand. Don't recommend it.Update: I contacted the company, and they responded the next day. My hose has a lifetime warranty! And they are sending me a new hose. I don't think any of the other flexible hose companies have that. Now that's what I call great customer care. Let's see how long it takes.7/26/22 Still have the same hose that the company sent me. Still working great and no leaks. My favorite hose. Won't ever buy any other kind. I have recently bought one for a few friends. They are so easy to carry around and put back after use. I keep mine in a ceramic pot in my driveway in the shade.
