Dark Mahogany Solid Wood Coat Rack

Was impressed with how purchase was handled. When I received my tracking number, I checked it out only to find it was being delivered to the wrong state. I contacted the seller through Amazon and had a response the next day. They rerouted it to the right address. Easy to assemble and sturdy. Good match for my office furniture. There was a small chip on one of the pegs but I just put it towards the back...not worth returning.

This is an excellent purchase for the price. It looks very nice, was easy to assemble (took about a minute!) and it is pretty sturdy. I would recommend it.

It serves its purpose. But it was not worth what we paid for it because it came with a lot of scratches, areas where the finish had collected into clumps, indentations in the wood (presumably from the manufacturer, since the packaging had good insulation inside), and places where it simply hadn't been finished (instead of actually being a dark wood, it is a cheap, light-colored wood that has a very dark finish on it). It doesn't matter how cheap something is - when I purchase something, I generally expect it to come without any obvious defects. I shouldn't feel like I need to refinish the product, at least. There are no structural problems with this coat rack, but the general aesthetic value is greatly diminished by the lack of care of the manufacturer. I don't recommend this product to anyone getting it online - buy one you can examine at the store.

We purchased this coat rack in order to get control over the amount of coats, etc we have laying around the house - one of the pegs wouldn't fit in the top properly - and within a day or so, the wood split around the slots the legs slide into - it's just very flimsy - it looks nice, but it has literally fallen apart and we have to throw it away. Granted it's a $30 coat rack, but we are VERY disappointed. If I could upload a photo with this review, I would - it was just a waste of money.

Cheaply made, arrived with a split in the wood near the base that I had to glue back on. However, it is the color and style I wanted. Seems sturdy.

I was getting so tired of the jackets and bags on the railing and chairs that I decided to purchase a coat rack~ This rack was a wonderful investment. It was reasonably priced, the color was beautiful and it is of good quality. I was nervous that it would tip with to much weight but to my surprise it has not. My favorite feature is that the top spins, makes your jacket or bag easily accessible.LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my coat rack!!!! Would recommend this coat rack to all my friends!!!!!

i really loved this coat rack. it looks very classy it is also very sturdy. i liked the fact that the top piece swivels around for easy access to all the hooks. i'm glad i made the purchase

It's what you would expect for the money. It'll probably last for a year or two but should have opted for something better. And it's NOT dark mahogany! It's that fake cherry looking stain.
