The media could not be loaded. We experienced some difficulties with installation, but ultimately it was more user error than anything. The kitty absolutely loves the shelves and hammock the most :)

Pretty good
Several holes weren't drilled through so it couldn't be assembled and installed out of the box, and you don't get a choice on the stair directions. Otherwise the materials feel sturdy, and excellent installation materials provided.

Wall mounting system needs to be better.
Love the look and fiction if these and the cats live them. But the screws and wall anchors are crap. First time cat climbed on them they pulled away from the wall. Bought some toggles bolts and know they are anchored securely to the wall and will support the weight of my cats

Use better anchors or drill into a stud
My cats love it, but I had to buy better anchors and screws at THD.
