Great Watch - I've added a 1 1/2 year update
This watch turned out to be one of the best purchases I've ever made. I have to admit, I do really like watches, and I've worn one since I was about 13 (I'm 52 now). I've owned all kinds of watches; Timex, Fossil, Omega, Freeze, Seiko, Citizen and TAG Heuer among them. I shopped around quite a bit after I saw an Invicta model at the mall last summer. My current watch, a Freeze, which I've owned about 3 years, is getting pretty worn and beat up. I've always been hard on watches and they usually show it, so I was looking for a watch that is heavy-duty and built to last. Then I happened across Invicta. So far, I love this watch! It is a large watch, which I favor since I don't care for feminine-looking jewelry. I also ordered an Invicta watch toolkit when I bought the watch so I was able to remove links to fit the watch myself. (I've also since used the toolkitto replace a battery in my wife's watch). Like I said, the Invicta is a large, heavy watch with I believe a 52mm watch bezel, which is big. Everything on the watch screws down, which is great. It also has a double snap on the clasp which works well. I've always been attracted to the "Diver's Watch" look but hated the rubber watch straps that come with them and always break after a year. This watch has that look but is all stainless steel, with a black "ion" finish. I can personally vouch that the black finish nor the saphire crystal will scratch very easily. So far with this watch, so good. But I won't know the true rating until I've owned it for about 3 years to see how it's held up. Right now I'd rate it 5 out of 5 stars.***UPDATE*** 4/30/12 - As I put in the review title, I am adding an update after wearing this watch daily for over a year and a half. One of the screw-pins that holds the links together fell out, so I ordered a replacement(s) from Invicta. They have outstanding customer service, which I insist on when I shop, or I never repeat shop with that company. Anyway, every month or so check the tightness of the links on your Invicta and you won't have this problem. As I stated in my original review, I'm extremely hard on wristwatches. This Invicta has held up well. The crystal is still scratch-free even though I'm constantly banging it into doorknobs, walls, etc. The black finish on the bracelet has held up quite well, also. Other than the one pin falling out, I've had zero problems with this watch. Definitely recommend Invicta watches! I'll probably never buy another brand. Also, as always, I love shopping on Amazon as they ship so many things FREE!

Holy smokes this thing is big
.....that's what she said.Seriously though, this watch is large and very heavy. It's a very impressive looking watch and definitely lets you know it's there. The band is built to fit on a gigantic wrist. I removed 4 links and tightened the micro adjuster to the last notch. Fit's a like a champ now. Photos made me think the dial diameter would maybe be too big, but not at all. It's definitely bulky, but has not caused me any trouble yet. The weight of this watch is significant, and you likely won't forget it's on your arm. I can already tell I'm going to start looking like Quagmire after he discovered internet p0rn. haha. look that one up....I'd like to clarify a previous reviewer's comments about push pins and screw pins. This watch technically has both. The larger links that are closer to the watch dial itself, are screw pins. The links that are closer to the latch are push pins. Based on the first reviewer, I wasn't sure what this watch had. To adjust the band, I didn't bother going to a jeweler and pay for it, nor did I buy some ten or fifteen dollar item for watch adjustments. I instead grabbed an ordinary bulletin board tack, and used that push the pins out of the bracelet. All you have to do is pay attention to the arrows on the inside of each link. The arrow indicates the direction the pin is to be pushed OUT. The pin is replaced by putting it right back in reverse of where it came from, in the same orientation it originally was. Keep in mind, there is a difference between each end of the pins. One is simply rounded off, and the other almost lookes like a slotted screw head. The simple rounded end is where you apply the pressure to remove a pin. See countless videos on utube to see how it's done. Very easy.I will update this review as needed, or if anything profound comes up. Until then, this watch is very sharp looking and I'm glad to have purchased it.

Handsome, Heavy Piece
Looks just like the photo. However, I found the metal band to be uncomfortable to wear, and overall the watch felt heavy to wear. Perfect for some, not so much for others.

Already not right
It was a Christmas present. You would think that for as much as they cost that they would last a long long time. Well the little door that goes over the setting knob, will no longer click shut. It swings open and will not stay shut, the person I bought it for doesn't want to wear it as he is afraid he will break the door off. It isn't even a month old. I am not pleased and will be checking the warranty to see if it is covered.

Top Draw
Well without going into any technical detail this watch is fantastic. I was looking at this or a Vostock Caspian Sea Monster and am not disapointed with my choice. The build quality is superb and the timekeeping is superb, it hasn't lost or gained time in a week and this is without constant use or with the aid of an automatic winder. As a divers watch it wouuld function well but the face is a little cluttered for this to be it's sole use but I feel that at full price this is probably not going to be purchased for diving alone. Please note that the images do not give a true reflection of the size of this watch or come to that matter the weight. It is massive and ways the same as a small house!!! If you are small don't buy this watch it will look stupid on you.
