Bells suck
Having spent a fair amount on clockwork, battery-operated and mains-powered wireless doorbells, all of which failed miserably to provide the service for which they were purchased, viz. to warn the occupants that someone sought entrance, I resolved to 'go back to basics' and remove the inoperable bell and fit a simple knocker. I 'surfed' the web and found the Securit unit. This was promptly delivered. It is a well founded piece of brass with fine detail and of sturdy construction. The unit came complete with fixings, ready to fit. I would recommend this item to all who find modern technology, a waste of time and money.

It's a lion door knocker.. a lion!! Go on you know you want it
Smaller than i thought and not so heavy. Need give it a good hit to make a noise to alert my partially deaf dad. The dog can hear it tho and it looks the part.

Very small knocker
Its ok, but very small. The knocker ring is very light and small. Would need someone with a really small but hefty hand to make the knocker heard throughout the house. Ive decided to put it on my gate just for ornamental reasons.

Absolutely fantastic product for the price! It’s so much better than I expected and looks great on the busy board I have made for my friends little boy! Was flat around the edges so was easy for me to stick down and the knocker is loud enough to hear but not so loud that it will destroy the ear drums and annoys my friends mother when he constantly knocks it 👍🏻. Highly recommend this product!

Decent but beware of its size
Sadly not completely as described. The "product dimensions" were listed as 17 x 10 x 2.5cm, as you can imagine I was very disappointed upon receiving this knocker to find that those dimensions were actually the packaging dimensions! The size of the actual knocker is 9.5 x 7 x 2.5cm. Decent finish and fast delivery but unfortunately useless to me as it will look miniature on my front door.

Unbelievable value for such good quality
I love this knocker, it was such good value I wasn't sure what to expect but it is such good quality, really heavy and lovely finish

It is a small knocker!
I would take half a point for ball on knocker being tiny, so the sound will be faint.Otherwise it is a nice decorative object for my front door. You get your money's worth.
