The love pill: What if you had a tiny pill that could change attraction into love?

The Love Pill is a very gentle, delicate love story that draws you in from the beginning. Cara and Lexie are two very different women, but they are drawn together when Cara is sent by a mysterious government agency to get her hands on secrets Lexie has. When they meet, straight Cara slowly falls for Lexie, beginning this beautiful and inspring lesbian love story. It's realistic and touching, and I found myself rooting for the two women to get together despite the odds. A fantastic debut novel, and I can't wait to read more from the author.

This was a nice enough romantic read with some angst, lots of passion build up (but no explicit sex scenes) and a HEA (you even get 4 epilogues!). The only problem really is that I read it in between 2 other books that blew me away (Angela Chadwick's 'XX' and Caren J Werlinger's 'In This Small Spot', if anyone's interested) so this seems very ordinary in comparison. I'd have given each of those other's a 10 if I could, but for fairnesses sake I've bumped my rating of this up from a 3 to a 4...

Nice gentle romance with a happy ever after, eventually. Good premise for a story. Could you fall in love without the pill or was it all about the tablet. Could trust be re earned.

Romantic, funny and sexy without being crude (less is definitely more). Loved the characters and story - had my fingers crossed for a happy ending too ☺. Read using kindle unlimited and have now bought my own copy for re reading.
