Junk.The connection female Jack on the belt and the Male jack that is the actual power cord doesn't keep a good connection to the jack on the belt and you have to twist that part of the belt to get it to work but it only lasts for so long then you have no power because the connection of the to suck and mine stopped working after 4 months. I really relied on the massaging belt do to horrible GI and digestion problems. The heating part of it and the massaging part of this belt worked awesome till the connection problems started now it's in the dumpster waste of money. There must be another massaging belt that works as well as this one but without the power issues.

Heat on High is excellent. Massage is decent. Would give 4 stars if quieter on massage and had longer cord with smaller outlet plug.

Only the belt arrived. No instructions. No cords. No remote. Completely useful. I was disappointed, as I wanted to try it for my chronic low back pain.

Great product! I have sciatica pain and this therapy pad is wonderful. Can get pretty hot which is what I needed. Vibrating massage really relaxes my back and sciatica nerve. Love it.

Had trouble with the first power pack and a missing remote but the company sent new ones. The remote came with a dead battery but I’ll deal with it because my wife really likes the product for her stomach issues. Company stands behind their products.
