Not Bad for the Price
Bought this as quick transport to work (about 2 blocks from my apartment) for the winter months, and for the price, it's pretty decent. Set-up is easy enough, though the manual doesn't give info on the most important aspects:1) How to turn it on: Hold the middle button until it lights up (you'll also be able to see the charge once you turn it on)2) How to change from km to mph-- not sure this is even possible3) How to charge: Plug the adapter into the female end in the middle of the handlebars (side closest to the rider)4) How long to charge: Mine had a full charge within a few hours (light turns green on the charger when done)It's a LOT heavier than I expected, but probably not heavy for most adults. I'm 120lbs and so far, my top speed (on flat ground) is 10mph. The LED is SUPER BRIGHT. It also came with a metal water bottle and a piece of hardware to attach it to the scooter. Also- the wheels are not inflated, so the bumps you hit are pretty rough. For people looking for short bursts of easy transportation, this is great.

Front Motor stop working just 2/3 months
The Motor stopped working. tried to reach out to Customer Service for my so called warranty no one ever replayed.- what a waste of money.whats the phrase.. "get what you paid for" thats what i get for buying China.Even amazon did not do anything...you can change the KM to MPH.to access the settings area you see 3 buttons, hold the 2 outside buttons for 3 to 5 sec till you see P0, then use the 2 outside buttons to change the value and the middle button to accept and enter and go to next page.my current settings on the scooter are this.P0=35.5P1=15.0P2=015P3=001P4=1 (P4 is to change the KM to MPH) cahnge the Vaule 0 = KM and Value 1 = MPHP5=0P6=0 (i set the value to 0 to turn off that stupid Cruse control crap so the scooter wont keep going unless you hold the switch.P7=0P8=100 (i feel the P8 is a govonor to LIMIT the power of the scooters speed all i know is when i set it under 30 it runs slow... anything higher the scooter goes faster....Pros:Gets me to where i go 4.5/5 miles.Folds up.Low Price.Free Water Bottle.... made its way into the trash faster then you can say no thanks...Cons:Dont latch when it folds so it swivels around grrrr.Like anything with a battery it loses power faster.Cost for a new battery is almost the amount to buy a new scooter... might be the best option to get new scooter and use the old one for parts. The Kick stand broke under 1 month... what a joke.Battery gets me less and less as each week goes by... went from 4.5/5 miles to 4.5/4 miles...No shock absorption so you feel all the bumps and gravel and your wrist might hurt a little.I wish the descriptions where more on track then a copy and paste job from the sound of it.The instructions book is a joke...*NOTICE:if you find better settings then mine above, for better power and speed, please comment below.

Runs good, but better expect some bumpy ride.
After using this scooter for more than a month, here is the summary of this scooter with 160 lbs of my weight.Pros:1. The max speed is around 32 kmh when the battery is fully charged on flat and smooth surface. As the charge depletes to 50%, it drops to 27 kmh.2. I had Razor 300 before. Compared with this,- the motor sound is extremely quiet.- it is easier to carry because the weight is less than half, and this is fordable.Cons:1. The tire is as hard as rock and there is no shock absorber, so your ride is gonna be pretty bumpy.2. There is no lock mechanism when folded, so it is a little awkward to carry.3. On uphill, speed drops significantly, and battery depletes rapidly.4. Owner's manual lacks some information, such as how to charge, the battery full indicator, and how to turn on/off the LED light.6. Acceleration thrattol is not fixed firm enough. So you will eventually need to glue it.

I really enjoy riding this scooter
UPDATE: 6 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE, THE FRONT WHEEL IS LOCKED. IT ALL STARTED WHEN THE ACCELERATOR BROKE WHEN I HIT A BUMP. I ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT AND NOTIFIED THE RANGE WAS CONSIDERABLY SHORTER THAN STATED. THEY SENT ME A NEW BATTERY AND CONSOLE ALONG WITH THE ACCELERATOR. THE ACCELERATOR WAS SO DIFFICULT TO REPLACE THAT I PUT OFF REPLACING THE BATTERY AND CONSOLE. EVENTUALLY, ABOUT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO, WHEN THE RANGE WAS SO SHORT I COULDN'T COMPLETE MY COMMUTE, I REPLACED IT. ALL THE WIRING WAS DUCT-TAPED. AFTER THAT, IT WENT DOWNHILL... THE SCOOTER WOULD RANDOMLY BRAKE UNTIL EVENTUALLY THE FRONT WHEEL GOT COMPLETELY LOCKED.I really enjoy riding this scooter. It has made my commute to the gym a lot easier, I don't have to rely of the bus or rideshare apps anymore. It actually goes faster than what it says in the description. I've gone as fast as 31 kmh, which is about 19mph.There are three issues that prevent me from giving this 5 starts.1) The range is a lot smaller than stated. My round trip to the gym is 5 miles and by the time I'm getting home, the battery is dying and it can barely get to 7mph.2) There are no shock absorbents, so your knees will have to do the job. If the streets / sidewalks in your area are better than in Los Angeles, you're probably fine.3) When it's folded, it's really cumbersome to carry. It doesn't have something to lock the handle bar and the bottom, so it rotates constantly, many times hitting yourself.
