Loosen the clip down to the end of the strings, pull apart the cups slightly. Place one side of the bra on one breast first, then place the other side on the other breast, as you pull the first one across at the same time. (So the breasts should be pulled together already before you even pull on the drawstring) Press the side of the clip-on ties and pull the end of the string ties at the same time. Order your size based on your cup size and not your dress size. Care Instruction: The inside adhesive can be hand-cleaned gently with soap and warm water. Air dry. The stickiness will return to normal. Do not wash the fabric exterior. Storage: Keep the plastic that covers the adhesive so you can use it again.
