Does not fit bed as advertised!
I have just had occassion to try to use this sheet only to find it does not fit the Jay-Be Double Folding Guest Bed at all. It is not even close to fitting - far too small. To add insult to injury, I now find I can;t return this pointless product as more than one month has passed since delivery! I think I will see what trading standards have to say about that......

Does not fit advertised size.
Does not fit the jay bed double bed I bought it for 204l x 123w. elastic broke on first attempt to put it on the mattress still doesn't fit. Do not bother with this product.

Cheap stiff material. Weak elastic. Not fitted, just hangs down over the edges. Waste of money.
