What can I say, I love Shaun T!! I have all of his Rockin' Body workouts, and I absolutely love them! His personality shines through every minute, the music is great, the workouts are fun!! I wish he'd put out more Rockin' Body workouts!

I just got this dvd today and I love it so much, it is so much fun, great music, great moves, I love the whole cast and believe me I was sweating so much i was shocked, I burned 200 calories doing a 45 minute workout, i love to dance and this is exactly what shaun T dvd's is all about, if you love to dance and love great music buy this dvd. The best thing is it doesn't feel like a workout it feels like your in a club plus the time goes by so fast
