One of the ONLY things, maybe other than CBD, that honestly and amazingly helps my anxiety. Wont take pharmas, wont take antidepressants etc, most natural teas/vitamins etc dont work through the day and i end up having a panic attack by happy hour. But Specifically this Ashwaganda (not the regular you can sometimes find at vitamin shops, most of which have no idea what Ashwaganda is), has helped me mellow out soooo much. I can have peaceful calm mornings without waking up upset or restless or in some kind of rage. It doesnt make me lazy or too "chilled out" or spacey - just perfect, not a forced happy, content. Love this stuff. Saved me so many gray hairs and bursting veins.

I have been using this for couple of weeks. I am taking 2 caps a day once upon rising and the other before bed.Until now I haven't felt much of the energy that is claimed to boost but I think it is working for other kind of energy that is grounded to your base chakra. (If you know what I mean?!)To be honest I think it is still too early to judge the full effect, but I will be buying a new bottle as soon as this one finishes and maybe I will update my progress with it here again.

I am super happy with these. The capsules are well made, uniform and made in the USA! They contain KSM-66 Ashwagandha which is actually clinically tested but I guess they can't say that on the bottle, but it is important if you are looking for verified, potent extracts that are proven to be effective. Also, they are organic and vegetarian. The price is very good for 90 capsules at 600mg a dose. I will be buying again when I run out.

I like this product, but when I opened the sealed bottle, to my surprise the inner seal was broken. This shows the irresponsibility of the company. It seems they never scrutinize the returned product!

KSM-66 I buy this one in particular because it's the best value I could find. It's 100% KSM-66.

When my husband was taking it he said he did notice better focus and energy. But he doesn’t take it religiously.
