Comes with a cool scoop!
So far, I am pleased because it arrived quickly! It has a cool scooper-clip I wasn't aware of! Nice surprise. I will try it soon, & add more about it's baking performance.

Great product but ......?
The dish I made was great. I followed the instructions and it turned out well. However I'm not sure if the agar caused me to be a bit constipated butI ate a little every day and I seemed to have some problems with this.

Great substitute for gelatin :)
Sometimes I can't fight against guilty pleasure. But there is a less painful way for my diet stress.I am a type of dessert lunatic person so the fresh seoul's agar agar powder would be a perfect substitue ingredients for my gelatin needs.Anyway the teaspoon's quality is better than my expectation. It can be used for measuring and keeping close the powder pack as well.

I have only used it a few times to make vegan gummies, but so far so good. I have a few other things in mind like a walnut cheese.

Yuck!
Tastes like dirty hot tub water. Gross! I tried using this several ways to get a consistency for my vegan gummy bears. Nothing worked and I do not recommend this yucky powder.
