Filled the reservoir with the included essential oil, inserted wick, screwed reservoir onto emitter, easy peasy. Nice scent. BUT - after two days the top of the wick seems... gummy. Emitter is still warm, but there is no scent coming from it. Unscrewed the reservoir, it is still filled with pleasantly-scented oil.I specifically bought this because it advertised straight essential oil, as the big commercial brands generally have unpleasant additives that give me a headache. But what's the point of a diffuser that stops working in 2 days?

I put it in my entrance way so as people walk in they can smell it, well it works super great, I can smell it across the next room. I love the fact that is reusable, I can make up my own essential oil concoction. It says it last 30 days which is wonderful, the ones I've been buying lately seem to only last a couple of weeks. It was super easy to put together, all you need to do is basically insert the wick into jar and screw it on to plug in, then plug it into wall and enjoy your scent. I also feel better knowing that it's essential oils I'm breathing in.

I am very disappointed with this infuser because it has all the makings to be a great essential oil wall plug but there is literally no smell at all. At first I thought that maybe the diffuser wasn’t working but there is a faint smell coming from the top while plugged in. I appreciate that they included an essential oil and it smells fantastic but it just doesn’t give out enough fragrance, even for a small bathroom. The plug rotates which is such a nice feature as you can place it in any available outlet. The design is very pretty with a white top section engraved with flowers. The glass oil holder is dark and comes apart which allows you to put any essential oil you choose. I was very excited as I love wall plugs but this one just doesn’t work well enough.

I enjoy similar plugins from different brands, so I thought I would give this one a try.The scent itself was alright. I would find it more useful outside on a inclosed patio, rather then inside my hallway. I can say that the scent is very strong, and almost overwhelming to me. However I am pretty sensitive to changes in smell, so this might not be a issue for someone less sensitive.The glass bottle is well constructed, and very durable. However the plugin itself is the cause behind my low review. I found that if the unit was even slightly jostled it would rotate. This lead to the bottle becoming lose in it’s spot. When this would happen I also found that oil would start leaking from the bottle. Combined that with the need for a wick, and the whole thing becomes an oily mess. So keeping the plug in a place where it won’t be easily knocked is a must in my opinion.Overall I don’t like this item as much as similar products. However I have been intrigued by a more natural essential oil based air freshener, that I am considering trying a different scent.

This is a straight forward product that give a lot of versatility. The scent that came with it was for us so we used our own essential oils purchased here on Amazon.ca. All you need to do is unpack it, put the wick in the glass holder and insert it into the heating head then fill the bottle with your preferred scent and screw it on the heating head. The back plug in is adjustable so you can rotate it if your wall outlets are installed horizontally instead of vertical. This is a big cost savings over the name brand units that you need to buy the specific refills for where with this unit just buy essential oils in bulk and refill the bottle with your preferred scent.Really happy with this unit and very pleased with its excellent functionality.

The media could not be loaded. EDIT: I decided to run my own fan and point it toward the diffuser, and after doing this, I was actually able to smell the scent filling the room within 30 seconds. This should not have to be a solution, you should not have to use an external source to spread the air around, something like that should be built in.Original Review:Is someone with a cat that uses a litter box from time to time, I was hoping to have something to help mask that odor a little better. Unfortunately, this essential oil diffuser does not seem to be the solution to my problem.When I first cracked open the bottle, I had high hopes for this. The scent that came out of the bottle directly was a very strong lemon scent and I thought because of that, it was going to travel well through the air and give me a pleasant lemon smell in my small living room. To put it in perspective my living room is 10 ft wide by 13 ft long. Yes, it is a really small living room.After assembling the diffuser together, the first problem I noticed was when plugging it into an outlet. The bottle of oil is so heavy that it tilts the whole diffuser forward to the point that it almost wants to fall out. I tried with two different outlets in my home, and I was experiencing similar issues. The second outlet was a little better off compared to the first, but both of them had the issue of the diffuser wanting to lean forward.after being plugged in for about half an hour, I noticed I wasn't experiencing any lemon smell at all. So I got up and checked on it and I wasn't able to smell the lemon smell until I got about 8 in away from the diffuser. After half an hour, and a small room like mine I would expect something like this to work much quicker. Even after a few hours have passed, I was still unable to smell it unless I stood right near it and put my nose about 8 to 10 inches away from the diffuser.The big problem with this diffuser is the fact that there's nothing to move the air around. No fan or anything like that built into it to help push the scent through the air. Because of this, it just hangs around the diffuser itself wherever you happen to plug it in. In all honesty, I'm not sure what plugging it in actually accomplishes. If anything, you actually get more use out of it if you just leave the bottle with the wick in it sitting on your desk or nearby without it being plugged in. You can smell it better that way because it's actually near you compared to it being plugged in and hoping it will put sent throughout the room. It just doesn't seem to fill the room with the scent at all that I can tell.
