This cable was the perfect solution for hanging my bird feeder - strong and weatherproof but too thin and slick for the resident squirrel to climb down and help himself to the birdseed.

Very sturdy, was pretty difficult to cut, definitely need a sturdy pair of wire cutters to trim the excess length, which provides piece of mind for how sturdy it is! Holding up a 30lb mirror.

I ordered two different sets of these picture hanging kits. Based on the descriptions/titles I couldn't quite tell what might be different between them, if anything. Once I received them I was able to confirm that both were basically the same thing. They are definitely heavy duty and I don't think anyone would run into issues using these to hold up weights into the 50 pound range, if not slightly above. I wouldn't recommend pushing the limits, but at the same time I don't think you'd have a problem if you did. More likely whatever you tried to hook these to would give way long before these cables did. As I noted on the review of the other set of these that I got, I'd love to be able to get the same basic thing for medium duty, with smaller clips that wouldn't need as much room behind the frame or picture. These will certainly do any job that I might ask of them though they are just a bit big for my typical usage.
