Great flavour, I do wish it was sour watermelon! If there’s a sour flavour I will try next.I am on a cut currently and am using this as my pre-workout. I have quite high caffeine tolerance so it is nothing I am not used to but, I do feel quite a harsh caffeine crash afterwards though which I don’t love.I do think it suppresses appetite and is an effective pre-workout. Obviously, this needs to be paired with a calorie deficit to be an effective supplement for weight loss.Note that this supplement will not be the leading factor for weight loss results, besides the minor appetite suppressant - so don’t buy if you aren’t willing to put the work in the gym and your diet. I have gained the same weight loss results with other pre-workouts / or simply coffee as a my caffeine source prior to working out. This supplement is not necessary, rather an accessory if you’re wanting to try something different.It does the job and is a decent price for a highly caffeinated pre. It does not make me sweat more than usual. It does not provide a pump or buzz I’ve had with other pre.Only true downside for me is the caffeine crash towards the end of my workout.I hope this helps! :)

Tastes good n really does help U loose water weight pretty quickly. U still need to get your diet plan in place but it's really good and does help to keep you focused

This is not bad at all. Taste is not as bad as other pre workouts I’ve taken. It does give an extra boost but nothing to write home about in terms of the thermogenic effects….. I’m yet to see the effects. But overall good.

I absolutely love oxyshred, been using it for a year now but noticed the regular one doesn’t have the same effect on me like it used to. Bought this hardcore one and used it this morning, sweating so much and have loads of surplus energy. The watermelon one tastes amazing and you don’t feel jittery or tired later on in the day. Perfect flavour 10/10

It tastes so bad… it does the job but man it tastes awful and the powder is a lot better than the other flavour that I ordered. Good energy boost though.

Makes me feel sick

First time using this product and a little to early to give feed back overall I'm happy so far and it's helping me boost my workout and hopefully loss weight
