Slimflex Simple Full Length Insoles - Medium Density

Quality, pain relief nd books for beginner crochet.

I've been using these insoles for about 3 years now. I was advised by a physio to seek medium density insoles for my main day to day shoes, plus a set for each pair of running shoes to help combat over pronation and injuries from that. These are perfect and I've been running relatively pain free for 3 years - prior to this I always had bad knee pain.They're extremely easy to cut down to the size of your shoe - I simply take out the insole that comes with a shoe, put this back to back with it and cut to the same shape/size. They then slide in perfectly. They do feel very hard and uncomfortable at first, but it doesn't take long to get used to it.I highly recommend these insoles, they've worked a treat for me (I'm now on my 10th pair).

I have PF and the Slimflex Insoles the NHS provide are Black - High Density Slimflex. I couldn't find these available so bought the blue. They feel the same, but as I understand it wont last as long as they are medium density. But so far so good.

Recommended by physio, have couple of pairs that seems to be doing the job they were designed for.

I was advised to buy these insoles from a physio and have to say, have worked wonders for my plantar fascitis. Can walk without pain under my foot, for the first time in 5 months.

Slipped them in my shoes and shoes feel a lot more comfortable with them

Recommended by my podiatrist who supplied me with my first pair (these were bought as my spare pair). Trims to size easily and offers lots of support for someone like me with flat feet. I find that due to the solidness of the arch, they hurt my feet after a long time of constant wear such as a day where I'm mainly standing, or a day walking around London's tourist sights. For everyday use with a mix of sitting/standing at work, they're great.

Big toe was aching a lot and the inner soles definitely eased the pain.

Non sono ortopediche per niente! durissime e rigide. Se le volete comprare per aumentare il confort delle vostre calzature farete il contrario! io volevo usarle per le scarpe da lavoro ma penso che le getterò. NON ACQUISTATELE!
