I'm not satisfied with this product only brand no features and it has only 1 front pocket.

Low price and low quality
The overall quality and utility of this product is low. For example, the straps are barely padded and there isn't a protective section for laptops/devices. An external pocket/sleeve for water bottles is also pretty much a standard feature in ruck sacks and school bags, which is also missing.
