These are great
I use so much of this stuff. I have connective tissue disease and my arches, tendons, Achilles in both feet are compromised and painful. Sometimes I can't even walk without being taped, but I followed directions on You tube for how to specifically tape my problem areas. Taping takes practice and you have to be careful not to go too tight. I can leave it on 2-3 days before it starts looking bad.

This stuff is GREAT
I use kinesiology tape for mouth taping as part of my CPAP therapy and this stuff is the bomb!! It sticks really well, even with a mustache. I can take it off in the middle of my sleep and take a drink of water and reapply it and it still sticks. Highly recommended.

Cosplay must have
I cosplay male characters and use open chest binding with athletic tape. I’ve tried several brands including KT but always had issues with skin ripping and irritation. I’ve been using OK tape now for a while and it’s hands down the best. It has incredible holding power and one application stays on for 5+ days without stretching out. No issues with removal, it comes off after a few days in the shower. Ive also used it for ankle stability and blister prevention and loved it for those purposes too.Of note though, not all the different packs are the same. The 4 pack is not as strong and the backing is slightly different in design. The single and 3 roll versions however are great.

Works
This tape works for what it's needed for. I bought a 3 pack and it came without a lid. While the product wasn't damaged, it's a bit annoying.

Works well and has good adhesive
I have been using kinesiology tape for quite some time. This was the first time I purchased this brand. I was not sure when I opened the package as the tape seemed very thin to me. However, the tape works very well and has a good adhesive. I was able to wear the tape on my foot for 4 days before it started to peel back. It did very well through showers, in and out of shoes, and sleeping at night. I will purchase this brand again.
