There was no original packaging open box and missing power supply all installation brackets and no remote control no use at all

I got the larger version and it's only been on for a few days but it seems to work flawlessly. Extends when the projector turns on and reliably goes back in when turned off. It's slow to open and close but that's a good thing cause it is smooth and doesn't cause the cabinet or projector to move. Perfect alignment with the screen every single time. If it lasts for long, then it is perfect for what it's supposed to do. I use a wemax protector on it.I got the larger version.

I have tried a few of these expensive sliding trays for ultra short throw projectors. I don't understand why they are so expensive but if you have a relatively small room and have your UST projector on a sideboard or AV unit (like I had) then these trays can be very useful and it means you don't need to pull the furniture so far away from the wall.The packaging for this was unbranded. I barely even knew what it was until I opened it. Inside is the tray which was wrapped and protected with foam, the power cable and an additional cable to connect to your projector. This cable is important because it will sync the projector with the tray and once you switch on the projector using it's remote control the tray will slide out.You need to take your time with the positioning and how far you need the tray to extend for the projector. That takes a little while and is fiddly. You need to use the buttons on the back of the tray. The instruction booklet shows you the steps involved.I did have an issue with my older UST which is very heavy, and it's that the tray once extended past a certain point would struggle a little to hold the projector at a level angle and the image would distort slightly. I have a new UST projector which is substantially lighter and I do not have that problem now.The top of the tray has a faux marbled look to it. Personally I would have preferred it to just be a plain color but it doesn't bother me too much.This is not a cheap device but it can be hugely beneficial and this believe it or not is one of the lesser expensive models available.

I really wanted to like this product but unfortunately did not work well for me...although it could very well work for others. The unit I received was a refurbed unit, and while I expected some "blemishes" things quickly went downhill. The box arrived in sad condition, with numerous punctures to the carton, and tape largely holding it together. Opening further showed poor packaging (likely NOT the original packaging), and the unit showed dents on the top sheet metal...likely the result of sheet metal being thin and incapable of holding weight. The electronics appeared to work but I questioned if it would even hold my UST, so the unit was returned. Again, this may work fine for you, alas it did not for me.

I was sent the smaller version when I bought the bigger one. Returned it and purchased the bigger one again. Great product , just watch to make sure you get the right one

I like this tray, it’s heavy duty and very heavy.
