I really didn't like the taste and I guess that's just everyones perspective. I added it to my smoothie to make it taste good. The benefits on the other hand are great. I usually have a slightly high BP and after using this for one month and also adding an exercise regimen for a month, my blood pressure decreased around 5-10 in the systolic number. I will continue to use it to see what the results will be after a 6 month period. It is expensive though for the size of the container. It's very small.

This drink tastes very good but I'm not getting much of an energy boost from it. I really would like to know the carb numbers on it as it's not listed and I'm on a very limited number of carbs in my diet.

This sweet and delicious powdered drink mix can give a bit of a boost when in that afternoon slump or on those can't seem to wake up mornings. It tastes great, but it's super sweet for me, so I've been adding more water (20-24oz vs the recommended 16oz) than the container says for it to not be so sweet. That said, this is a refreshing and satisfying drink, especially on hotter days when you're in a slump. Just make sure that if using cold water to mix, you mix it super well, the powder doesn't fully dissolve in cold water right away. I use a handheld milk frother to make sure it all gets mixed and dissolved.The reason I don't give it five stars is the price. This small container is nearly $40, and assuming that you use the recommended amount per serving (1 scoop), getting an estimated 28 servings per container, it comes out to about $1.43 per serving. I've gotten other powder energy drink mixes in the past that taste as good as this but a fraction of the price, so I would have to do more research into the company and the mix if I were to get this again in the future.

Nice taste and gives a quick boost of energy similar to a strong coffee or two.

It needs more water than is recommended because it's very sweet but it definitely gives me energy that's for sure.

I love this for blending with my fruits I could tell the difference between not drinking it from a day or two , this is good stuff before a good workout . Flavor is just right

To begin with, the NativeFirst Energy Boost Drink Mix tastes great and is very easy to mix! It has a very enjoyable and favorable berry taste. I like it a lot. However, I'm not sure about the energy boost claims. I'm still feeling a bit "slow" after drinking this mix. I'm not sure if I should use a greater concertation to increase the caffeine intake.The container is packaged well and is very pleasing to the eye. There is a moisture control package in the jar to prevent excess moisture. There was no measuring spoon, which was a bit disappointing, considering the price for the item. It mixes well in cold water and does not leave any excess residuals.Overall, I was very please with the product and even if it didn't give me the desired energy boost, it was still a very enjoyable berry drink and I would definitely buy it again.Thank you for reading this review, I hope you found it helpful.
