This pillow gives a good stretch to address Sciatica discomfort. Would be helpful though to give directions concerning pillow placement under lower back.

Definitely a good stretch but too high for small framed person. Leaves you suspended. I can only use it with a pillow added to the end.

There was no guide or instructions with the product. Only a pasteboard box.

I will probably get another one of these as it uses the right material (semi-hard foam?) to support your head at just the right height. I use this while doing Egoscue exercises which greatly help with back and joint pain I sometimes have from body musculoskeletal imbalance and overdoing it with certain chores. Highly recommend this item.

My only wish is that this item was not available until now. It is simply the best at helping to put my back in place. I no longer have pain that I have had for months. Love, love, love this item.
