Color payoff is good but the formula is a bit too powdery for me. I wanted a creamy satin-like finish. But its still very good on my lids

These eyes shadows go on smoothly, and last all afternoon. I'm so pleased, love, love the colors, and it doesn't dry out the tender eyes! Yay

I truly do not need any eye shadow as i have one beloved Nars set that i have not yet opened and another newish Lancome set i got but don't love the colors on me. However this price was good and the colors were definitely my style, so i got it. (Many of my top eye shadows are discontinued & replaced with shades that are highly unflattering on me so if i find good colors, i have to buy!) I have now worn a number of the colors over the past few days and i'm pleased. I do like Laura Geller cosmetics (I have various cream and powder foundations and blushes already) but this is my first Geller eyeshadow. I have dark hair and eyes and neutral/olive skin. The darker shades are nice as a soft eyeliner, which is generally my preferred method of applying liner because it looks much softer on my 50 something year old face, and it's just nice as an everyday look. The shimmery ones aren't too glittery, the colors last and it washes off easily enough. Also, a minor detail--the packaging is pretty so it would be a nice gift and it looks pretty in your cosmetic collection.

If you have a medium skin tone, this is a very beautiful every day palette since the colors are richer. The shades are pretty pigmented but the fact that they’re all earth/jewel tones makes them quite wearable

The colors in this kit are beautiful, some matte and some shinier. They go on smooth and with all the shades, it's easy to work it. They came wrapped in bubble wrap in the amazon envelope, so no damage.

The colors are PERFECT for my skin tone and I just have always loved a cool earthy yet warm tone color palette. Every single color will be used in someway and the ar ehist gorgeous and the perfect shades for warm skin tones.
