Kudox 400W Electrical Element for Towel Warmer

Gave it 1* because I couldn't give it 0! Window for return closed on 22nd May - electrician came to fit it on 30th to find it element was faulty -what a waste of £30 - never order these good unless you have a professional lined up to do the job within days - Amazon don't provide a big enough window for returns and there appears to be no provision to return faulty goods and apparently there is no guarantee with it!!! Really!!Very disappointed with both goods and service!!

Easy to fit, heats the towel radiator nicely. It will add some warmth to a small room but don't expect it to heat the room too much.

Initial unit was faulty out of the box, (it was open circuit i.e. no internal connexion). Fortunately tested prior to an attempt to install. Replacement unit arrived next day and was tested as OK and fitted in to the original mounting on the radiator. Now under test. Good tip always test before installing, most times it will be OK but as with this item it saved a lot of work and cost in rework.

Installation was easy and provides a good level of heat, keeps my small bathroom a nice temperature without using to much power

simple product, may be used on its own or dual fuel (i.e on central heating and electrically). Best suited with the Kudox controller as pictured.

Good value

takes 1 hr to heat up 800mm x 400mm rad. Very hot to touch, exactly what I needed. I have it on 4/6 hrs a day and going well so far.
