Ativa 7 Digital Photo Frame

Got this for my Father - in- law that is in Nursing Home care. Trying to give him memories to help him, this is perfect with auto viewing. I set it to change at a little slower rate because of his failing sight. He loves it and it can be seen from his nightstand near his bed. You can zoom and pause but since his hands don't work so good we left it on slideshow. We loaded an SD card from laptop and popped it in. You can also add a flash drive. Priority to which can be set along with random pick. So that duplicates didn't come up quickly we just let it read without random pick. I tried the remote and it was fine but did not give it to him. Remote is small and he would not be able to hold well. Pictures are clear and we really like it's size.Sits nicely and doesn't fall over. The nurse and others liked it so much they are getting some for other patients. I paid less than $15 and got a lifetime of memories for him which is priceless. Do think about this for yourself or others. I was under no obligation to write a review . This is just my findings.

I'm using these for an art installation, they make sense since to insert a USB to show images. Hanging them is a small effort, and the cord must me inline with this plug. Still trouble shooting displaying these frames in a group.

remote that came with the picture frame does not work, but the price was very low so you get what you pay for.

Ended up not needings/using the frame provided that encompassed the plastic frame of the main product. Will figure out way to use that frame elsewhere, though. it was just too big for the area I was going to place the digital frame, that's all. The provider got the frame to me in a timely manner and I appreciate that. Realized later I could've gotten it for less cost, though.

Very cheap, plus defective and a very watered dwn version of the original don't wast your time on this High priced low quality product.

Had it for a little bit, stopped working. I decided to put pictures on it via flash. That works. Trying to add more after the fact-not working now. The original photos are there.They have this nice rotate feature... that works for the 3 seconds and then goes back to the original directionally challenged picture.I bought another frame.
