Highly effective, come with handy carry case & sturdy - does the job nicely

Within 30 mins of use we had two faults.Handle to the carry case broken, then the release button inside the umbrella pole became jammed.Overall it feels cheap and badly made.

the umbrella is good though when I bend it I feel is going to break.But two of the supporting chords have come undone at the first use and the strap to the case has come off on the second outing and I will have to re stitch it by hand.I will keep it but do not think it is worth the price

Useful sun shade but works well in small showers as I found out. Great for picnics and providing a little shelter from wind, sun or light rain due to a vinyl type inner lining. Comes in a useful carrying case and is nice and light, the parasol is split in two with a bearing based notch latch for varying heights and a flexible knuckle to the centre that will allow you to angle the parasol (it does require some force as quite tight). To the base is a threaded hole for inserting a supplied ground three pronged securing fitting plus you get nylon guide ropes and anchors to secure. Being light i wouldn't be using it in high winds, even properly tethered but for an average day out it works well, it's easy and light to carry, quick to put up and have already used it three times including once when we had some minor showers and it's been a good little device. Wasn't sure whether to get the orange or the green as the green looked a bit too bright in the listing but glad I went for it as a nice subdued green actually.
