Delicious! Great for meat seasonings imo, nice slight smokiness. Paprika is dominant which is a big pro for me. Container says "INGREDIENTS: Urfa chili, pimenton, fenugreek, spices CONTAINS: garlic" but doesn't say exactly which so it's a mystery blend just FYI

When we opened this jar and smelled the Ararat we immediately found ourselves trying to place the familiar aroma. After a while we decided it is like an Indian curry spice, something we use in a curried lentil dish. The smell is wonderful. I decided to use it as part of the paprika amount in our home made roasted red pepper and garlic hummus. The results are perfect. The taste of the Ararat comes through clearly among all the other ingredients. I then decided to sprinkle it on top of individual servings to get a little more. I think it would be nice in just about any dish and we plan to use it liberally.
