Helps my sore neck and back for bed time
I do wish it came with a pillow cover as it is slightly itchy for me but I do have a sensitivity to certain textiles. It's comfy and gives me support which is the main reason I purchased it for. It's good value for money.

Poor quality, not 100% cotton but polyester/cotton
Item is described as Original sleep co. 100% cotton. Does not appear to be a quality item by the Original sleep co.Poorly made and not 100% cotton but polyester/cotton. Returned for refund. Not sure if item should be removed by Amazon as it would appear to be misrepresentation or perhaps even fraudulent to advertise as 100% cotton which it is not.

The item does as it says and they are very comfortable and very supportive and I have brought 3 for members of my family and they love them it supports the back arms and neck top notch A++++++

Brown zip
Material quite thin and not sure why anyone would put a brown zip in a white pillowcase.
