Great ideas for a Sunday dinner
I picked up this book at the Williams Sonoma store in 2013, and ever since then this is my go-to book for nice Sunday night dinners. The recipes are not for beginners perhaps, and sometimes take a long time to prepare (for example, some need a use of a slow cooker or over-night marinating of the meat), but they are very easy to follow and make for great dishes. The flavours that come out are quite authentic, whether it is chicken briyani or a pad thai. Love it.

The Kindle version is unreadable (at least for me)
I had to return this for a refund. All Kindle content I own is scalable to fit on my entire computer screen (currently, a 17" laptop), and I can adjust the font size (large), and number of columns (one)--except this book. When I tell it to show me one page, the page is centered in the middle of the screen, with impossibly small font, that isn't zoomable or enlargeable. I had really hoped I could enjoy this book, and learn some new recipes. I'm very disappointed. However, I'll still give it three stars, because I've had W-S cookbooks in the past, and I know they do educational, interesting stuff. I'm not gonna blame the author for the shortcomings of the Kindle version.

Eay To Cook Recipes!
Great book with some easy-to-use recipes. I cook from it at least twice per month. Try the chicken with olives - yummy!
