Good Product - Great Customer Service
The lights are sturdily constructed, give a very bright and even light and are great value for money. Only four stars for the product as, unfortunately, one of the lights developed a fault after a few weeks. However, five stars for customer service. I contacted the seller directly who actually helped me to diagnose the fault which turned out to be the LED driver. A new driver was dispatched to me very quickly which I have now received and the problem has been resolved. Great customer service and I would not hesitate to purchase further products from this seller.

Broke after just 4 months!!!!!
Broke after 4 months of use, no way to ask for a return from the seller as the 30 day window has passed. The advertising states that it's suitable to use in bathrooms, but after placing them there they stopped working after 4 months. I'm not happy as they were very expensive to begin with. Would be nice if the seller can accept a return for a full refund.

Good product at reasonable price.
These were ideal for the job Inn mind. They fit the recess perfectly after lots of searching for something the correct size to fit a hole left by old halogen powered eyeballs. I've used other similar lights so knew what to expect. Light output was as expected, even and good distribution across the area. My only criticism about these and similar ones - the connecting ends for the power supply are really too small to be practical and I usually fit little crimp on trails to allow prior connection in the screw terminals of connector blocks. This should be done by the manufactures because they are risking a poor connection with wires as small as these. Otherwise, a good product for the price. Just wish I'd gone for the warm white for my bedroom. The cool white is a little harsh.

Easy installation
Replaced older models covered hole nicely wasnt sure if 9w was going to be bright enough but installed 3 in a 10x12 kitchen and lights area well
