The media could not be loaded. Game changer! I should've bought this years ago. The instructions are basic but I was able to assemble it fairly quickly. Some of the holes did not line up perfectly so it took a little finess with the screws. The product uses a very good sturdy metal and once installed and attached to the shelf it made my cupboard so much more organized. Bonus: it holds way more spice jars than what I was able to fit on the shelf before. My cupboard is pretty narrow (opening is 9 inches) so I ordered the 2 shelf kit 7 inches wide).

We bought two units, one 9.5" wide and one 7.5" wide. The wider unit went together great. The 7.5" unit had a bit of an alignment issue with one the side supports, but went together with a bit of prompting.The shelves slide well and I like that they have a bit of a positive catch that holds them securely when pushed all the way in. The side rails could be just a bit taller. Overall, a decent product that has helped us organize our spice cabinet.

Excellent build quality. Glides easily. I would have preferred just a little wider for my cabinets, but overall is great for organizing.
