I covered mine on 3 sides with a Mylar survival blanket. Temperature hits 140 in about 10 minutes. I use it everyday; I love it.

I was extremely skeptical given the price point. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with this product. Easy to set up and works great. Great product I use it almost everyday.

This is my second infrared personal sauna tent, I purchased this in order to get 4 extra inches of legroom!The pros:- it is roomier and less claustrophobic than the compact versions- the heating elements are bigger and extend further up the walls of the tent- the tent cloth is thicker and better insulated - you can't see daylight through the stitching- the chair is a tiny bit roomier and has a better back support than the smallest models- the tent actually does heat up more! It doesn't get to the max temp which should be possible according to the remote, but it's a solid 10 degrees warmer than my last one - it gets there fast and stays consistently hot.- the outside of the tent is quite pretty and it doesn't look so much like a grow tent- there's a ceiling-mounted red LED "therapy" light which is actually nice for reading, but the red glow also makes it feel like a Resident Evil movie!The cons:- when I unboxed it, the dank unmistakable stink of mildew smacked me in the face. I did not find any mold damage or wet patches on the tent or the elements, but the mold smell was way too strong to use the sauna without an extensive disinfecting and airing out process. I still have not got rid of the mildew smell completely, it's tolerable at this point but that really did suck some of the joy out of the purchase.- some internal elements get too hot - the corner posts of the chairs will burn your leg skin and the remote control gets inexplicably hot. This one is a real puzzler because even the cheap compact infrared sauna I replaced with this one was made with plastic parts that didn't overheat, but not this one - changing the temp during the session actually hurts my hands and I have to wrap a towel around the remote.Overall - using a sauna 4x/week for 15-20 minutes has given me a number of health benefits from glowing skin to reduced muscle/joint soreness and stress levels - I do think this unit is good for the budget conscious tall people despite the two disappointments I listed above.

Took a chance on purchasing this item and it was one of my best purchases ever. Would recommend it to anyone.

Quality ok. Have to heat up longer than expected but we also have it on the deck.

Sauna portable vraiment facile à installer. J'étais toute seule j'ai monté le frame vraiment rapidement.J'adore le fait qu'il y aie 16 niveaux d'intensité. Jai essayé le niveau 16 le plus élevé et pour vrai, si il monte à 50°C c'est plus que suffisant. J'ai parti mon bac à vapeur et le temps de ma douche quand je suis arrivée environ 12 min plus tard ça bouillait déjà.Ne pas remplir au max car je l'ai mis à la ligne maximum et il avait tendance à débordé un peu. Ça vaut vraiment l'investissement.Je crois qui est de bonne qualité et ça va être un pur plaisir de s'en servir le soir après une bonne journée de travail. Je le recommande.Mise à jour ! Il fonctionne à merveille, j'ai lu d'autres commentaires qui enlevaient le top du diffuseur dans le sauna , ce qui fait plus de vapeur. J'ai commencé à le faire etant donné que je ne met pas d'huile essentielle j'enlève tout. Cela devient plus chaud plus rapidement. J'enlève parfois l'excédent d'eau qui s'accumule un peu dans le fond du diffuseur avec une serviette pour avoir plus de vapeur. ****attention à la manipulation pour ne pas vous brûler parcontre.***
