BAD ASS BIKE !!!
3 Days in and Absolutely LOVING the R5 pro, SIMPLE to put together and very well built bike,solid top to bottom , even the nice detail on the sprocket that matches the shock cross bars looks awesome in person , plenty of power had to go up a few hills here by my house to wear the battery down for first full charge , and this thing handled them with no problem,all power no assist , it also comes with a super comfortable seat and has like a 2 inch air vent going through the seat, super cool!!! I did not put the rack on or the headlight and I got to 29 miles an hour and I weigh 160 pounds felt like I was flying,super sturdy no wobbles also has a super cool LCD display trip meter,odometer, speedometer,very impressed and highly recommend !!!!! It reminds me of the cross between a 125 cc dirtbike and a regular mountain bike except this thing can go anywhere legally and doesn’t have a big loud motor , like i said 3 days in and absolutely loving this bike and very impressed with the quality…

He loves the bike.
The bike is the best. It rides smooth. Value for the money. The battery life is what it says. He rode it for a good while and still had battery life. The appearance is pretty good, he gets compliments all the time. It is a good looking bike and it folds up to fit in a car or a van very nice. Also in the house. Out of the way. All and all it was well worth the money. Will be buying another one for a Christmas gift. Thank you

User error or flaw
Love the size of the bike it's smooth but heavy, but how can you ever ride when it takes 20 days to try and maneuver the battery back in place. See photos it never fits it's so frustrating.

On boxe theme put somme air in tire and instal the basket in place 99%bilt and there you go nice and strong coyest motor i love those e bike,

Receiving all parts necessary needing to put together Ebike.
Ebike missing parts where front wheel attaches to forks ( locking mechanism)…. Rather important part

Bikes are awesome
We rec’d the bikes, husband put them together. One bike-great no problems. Second bike the bar that holds the peddle is bent and scrapes the chain guard and takes the chain off. I called customer service on Saturday the 23rd. CS person had no clue and had me on hold for over 10 minutes. So then I hung up! No one bothered to even call me back! I even have pics but no one wants to see them I guess! Soo I talked to someone at Amazon on Monday and the guy I spoke with knew exactly what to do to help get my issue resolved. I sent them pics and they forwarded them to the store and they are taking care of it! Yay!

Would buy again
Great bike for the money. Seat is extremely comfortable, rides smooth even on gravel. Battery life is awesome. It’s altogether just as good if not better than the electric bike we paid over 5k for.

Amazing bike
I have only taken it out for a short ride but it was pretty impressive. I can see many adventures in my future with this one!!!!
