At last I found this concave dosa tawa without rims as per my expectations. It is heavy but with manageable weight. I liked the handle which is in good angle to hold and is fully covered in wood unlike other products.

Handle is fibre or plastic that mimics wood. And gets hot at one end while cooking for long time.It is flat, induction based and just the ideal size and weight for daily use.I cooked dosa, roti, omlette and heated snacks without any problem.

After Wok and a Pan this is my third product from Bergener. My mom really love to use these products. It's light weight, non sticky and consumes less oil.
