For the sake of convenience, some sacrifices need to be made.
I definitely don’t get enough vegetables in my diet, so I thought that this might be nice to have, as I can’t use all the celery that I buy before it goes bad and turns black. I actually like the taste of celery itself, but this celery juice powder is very concentrated, so I can only use one scoop or even half a scoop most of the time when I’m using this powder. The powder is a bit scary-looking, it’s almost neon green, and it has a very powerful raw celery smell that punches your nostrils. The scoop that was included in the bag was buried deep inside the depths of the green powder, so I didn’t bother to retrieve it with my fingers. It’ll eventually be unearthed when I use up most of the powder. The bad thing about this powder is not the taste, but rather, it has difficulty dissolving in water. I mix it with water and there’s still clumps of it floating around the mix, and it’s a bit gross. I need to use a sieve to get the clumps out, and it’s just annoying to do when you’re in a rush. I’ve just been drinking it as it is, but I can see people using this for smoothies to add a bit of a kick to their drinks. The nutrition facts are pretty misleading and although it says it’s organic, there’s no way of ascertaining if this is true, so if you’re bothered by this detail, don’t buy this particular brand.

Celery Juice Powder? What are the ingredients?
Title is mystery. Ingredients review the product might be good, it might be healthy but there’s no way to discern these things from the listed ingredients. The principle ingredient is stated as, “hundred percent celery juice powder foods (drink powder)“ the second ingredient is celery. The product’s cover directly implies that it’s simply celery juice. That’s impossible; there is no saturated fat, calories, nor protein in celery. It’s an issue the ingredients aren’t disclosed and as such wouldn’t be a prudent product to consume.

Good size, comes with scoop. Easy to open and reseal.
I'm mostly impressed with this product. This is my first celery powder product and I wasn't sure what to expect. The flavor is exactly what I expected, but isn't overpowering. I've mostly been adding it to a chocolate protein powder and peanut butter smoothie, and I noticed the difference but not in a bad way. I guess we've all probably tried peanut butter and celery at some point, so it shouldn't be surprising that it worked. You get a good amount of powder here, and the bag is easily resealed. It comes with a scoop, too, so no worrying about measuring out the right amount. It mixes easy enough in plain water...no chunky or powdery residue, although I didn't let it sit around. Mixed it and drank it right away for the water test. In smoothies, it blends completely. My only complaint, and it's fairly minor, is the odd choice to make the nutrition content of 100 g the most prominent part of the labeling. A serving is 4 g, so it feels like it's trying to catch your eye with misleading counts. At a glance, you might think "wow! 17 g of protein and 21 g fiber!" Nevermind that you'd need 25 scoops to hit that. That's a relatively minor gripe, though, and maybe there's a reason they had to include nutritional value for a quarter of the bag. Feels manipulative, though. That aside, seems like a solid addition to my morning smoothies.
