Not recommended
This tee snapped in two on the very first swing of the driver. Yes, it has a silicone top end. However, the brittle plastic stem that extends all the way into the silicone voids its relevance. One swing & the plastic stem holding the silicone snapped, rendering it useless & complete waste of time & money.

Works but not perfect
I played 18 holes with this premium big head super golf tee. It is nice that the tee height is adjustable. When you hit the ball, the top of the tee (which is connected to the shaft of the tee) breaks off. But the top is connected to the bottom by a small cord, so the tee is easy to find—no hunting around for the pieces. The direction arrow is not something I find useful, but it might be to some people. The attached small tee or cup for hitting irons from the tee box works great and I like this part of the tee the best. What I don’t like about this tee is getting the tee into the ground. Typically you place your ball on the cup of the tee and stick it in the ground. When you do this with this tee, the magnet part “breaks” off and you are holding the top of the tee with the ball that is split away from the shaft of the tee. I just ended up sticking the shaft into the ground and then clicking the top of the tee with the ball on it. That works, but is not as easy or straight forward as using a regular tee. So that was a major issue for me. But once you hit the ball, the end of the tee stayed in the ground and you just pull that end out and the rest of the pieces follow along because of the string. It is a good idea for a tee—but honestly, to me, not worth the hassle.

One solution for every teebox
Golf, by it's nature has a LOT of gimmicks. Swing trainers, coaching aids, form corrections, etc... This is one of those gimmicks.... BUT IT WORKS.Really cool little tool that helps you to identify and then replicate the ideal tee height to match your driver needs, as well as a supplemental tee stand for par threes when you'll be using an iron, but want to establish a reliable stance for your tee shot. Firm enough to serve it's purpose, but flexible and substantial enough to last. This is a great idea as a stocking stuffer for the golfer in your life, or a fun add on to your own bag.

Reusable tee that's meant to "break"
Great solution for range practice. Instead of constantly breaking plastic tees, which aren't great for the environment, and wooden tees that get used up too fast, this is a nice alternative. Golf tee technology hasn't changed much other than the materials over the past few years and this item takes a massive leap forward. I'm not sure it's approved for official use in tournament play but it's great for practice without spending too much on wasted/broken tees.

It works
I feel kind of silly using this because I feel like a sucker for the latest golf gadget. I don't bring it out when I'm playing a serious game, but it does work well and saves money for practice.

Convoluted
I'm not sure how to rate this. I don't think it's something I'd personally use on the course. Using a plastic tee isn't that complicated and I might lose one a round. If your a beginner I could see the advantage to getting the same height each time I suppose.I originally requested it thinking it's a great range tee that has a leash so you can hit driver off the mat. Instead it's a 3 piece thing where you stick the leash end into the ground with a tee, then the top of the tee pops off when you hit. You reach down and reconnect it to hit again.I can't think of what I'd use this for...

confusing
I was expecting more than one tee. It was very confusing because it came with an attachment on it, apparently to track your swing, and the tee head wasn't easily adjustable. All the directions were in Chinese so that was of no help at all.
