This a very good gym home bike. I was pleasantly surprise. It’s very smooth to ride and the seat is comfortable.I was also able to assemble by myself I’m up to about 30 minutes a day and use it more than any home gym equipment I’ve owned. The spin is quiet too.

The shape of the spinning bike is stylish and beautiful, the quality is also very good,the installation is very simple, you can stand or ride,there is no noise when riding, the resistance can be adjusted according to your own needs, you have been sweating profusely in 20 minutes,a great fitness product!

My favorite thing about this bike is I was able to get into better shape in the comfort of my own home, very quiet when using and is fun to use. I hope I will lose few pounds within my first couple of weeks and feel great about myself!

This indoor cycling pedal bike is great, would definitely recommend it to people who love exercising with a bike! Its comfortable and portable too.

This product was not at all as described, handlebars are flimsy, bike is extremely short, my husband was unable to use it. The tightening bar is either too loose or too tight. No emergency stop. Not a great buy, returned item the same day
