Quite useful
Bought it for my kid who is 9. Since he goes for classes and after school activities, this is a great way to keep in touch with him.

This stopped working after a few months
The product is of low quality. Let me list the issues here1. The Gps is really bad and it does not work. Basically it shows some other location when I am trying to track my kid.2. The charger stopped working and so did the watch. I reached out to the support and they said my charger waa incorrect so bought a new charger but that too didn't work.3. I am still in warranty but I am not able to get it's service. I don't know how to seek support as Fitshot is not helping and I don't see a way to get help from Amazon.Overall, it has been a bad experience. DON't BUY

Fully satisfied with my purchase
Nice watch! Writing this after 2 months of usage. GPS is not great but I don't use it, so no complaints so far...

Stopped working within a few months
Sadly there’s no 0 star option! The watch stopped working in a few months. It was sent back and repaired, very promptly though, but again with a few months it stopped working! Extremely disappointing.

Repaired and now working fine
The watch stopped working in 3 months due to problem with the charging pins. Raised complaints multiple number of times product was supposed to be picked up for repair 20 days back but still no updates. Their customer care just gives a timeline of 24 hours without any work being done at backend.Don't buy. Better take an unused phone and enable tracking in it.Edit - the watch was successfully repaired by the company and is working as usual. The overall process took about 1.5 months or so but the product is operating as expected.

Faulty - Temperature sensors doesn't work
Update: Customer support arranged to pick up the watch for repair and they delivered in 3 weeks. As of now it is working fine.Good:Connects well only with airtel simCall related functionality works fine as of nowBad:Temperature/BloodPressure related sensors are broken. None of the health related features work.Customer support is completely useless, they do not respondLocation accuracy is not great, sometimes it shows completely different areaLooks cheap product, not sure how long it works.

Awesome features
My son liked this watch. I'm writing this review after uses of a month. I liked it's features, gps tracker, call voice quality and application. I would definitely recommend this watch to buy for your kid.
