Uses most movements of the body as steps. Unable to reset the step count in the morning or when you want. It also does not track your sleep schedules very well. Very disappointing

The blood pressure and heart rate monitors are inaccurate. I have reached out to Vital Fit twice for help and there is no customer support. I would skip this product.

Time is accurate and nice looking but that’s about it. Tried returning and they offered a 50% discount, so as a time piece, I decided to keep. We’ll see how long it lasts.

The watch has a nice clear face showing many of it’s functions. However, I was most interested in blood pressure measurement. For this the watch is dangerously inaccurate. It almost consistently returns 109 or maybe 119 mm of Hg for systolic. If that was real I would be delighted. However, parallel testing with the usual cuff shows the watch to be 30 or more mm of Hg lower than the cuff reading. I am also suspicious of the blood oxygen measurement. I am almost certain I am never at 99% all of the time. Sorry, nice design but I can not recommend this.

I agree..I bought it directly from Vital Track for the blood pressure monitoring feature and what a BUST! Not accurate at all,same reading 109 or 119. I am in the process of returning it and requesting a refund from the company not Amazon.

No charging connector. Cheaply made. Badly engineered. It really is junk.
