Such a good sturdy trigger point massager for those hard to reach muscles that lock up, and it folds in two pieces for travel or your backpack! Everyone needs one and it’s a great value, you could pay 50 for this quality at a medical supply co! It truly has help alleviate some of my worst muscle spasms or just muscle soreness! I can’t go without one!

Very easy to use
I bought this for my brother who recently started working out again. He comes home from the gym tight and sore most days. This has been a real game changer. He can press it into his trigger points to help them release. There are several little nubbies all along the cane so he can reach every part of his body including his back. The hook shape makes it very easy to get hard to reach places like under his shoulder blades.

Self assembly
There are two pieces to this that requires assembly. The hole for the screw knob had to be enlarged by my husband and his tools; otherwise I would have had to send it back.
