Sure seems to be pulling out toxins as the pads sure smell bad the next morning. Now on the 2nd package and the pads are still very black.

I have been using these for a month now and I will say that I am sleeping better and my skin looks better since using these. Soooooooo-they are probably pulling out toxins. The pads are pretty yucky the next morning when I take them off. I like the fact that these DO NOT leave you smelling like a charcoal grill the next morning whereas other pads I have used did even though I would wash my feet off. I usually drift right off to sleep with these. Have gone to bed without wearing them and I would find myself not sleeping as well. I am on autoship on these and will continue to use. I feel like I am doing something to help my body and health. I just had bloodwork done and a physical. My bloodwork is PERFECT and blood pressure/heart rate that of a 20 year old. SO-who knows.

So i was totally skeptical when i purchased these. After wearing them for a few days here and there, i can confidently confirm that these work. If you can tolerate wearing them all day in your shoes, that's when i found they work the best. I was totally surprised at the amount of disgusting toxic crud that these pulled out of my feet which is in a lot of ways, much like a jelly without seeds... It washes clean off with water and I'm confident that it didn't come from the pads... it was literally pulled out of the foot... Enough so, to order a second set for a family member. If you are looking for a good way to detox naturally, i would say you should try these. I originally got these because of foot odor/sweaty slime in my shoes... I'm totally sold... if you try these and actually wear them all day... you will be too. It can be a bit uncomfortable at first... and i use 3 on each foot when i wear them all day... but it really does the trick and really made a difference thus far... overall body odor has been slightly reduced but I'm not even half way through.... so try it... it's worth 40 bucks and don't bother just getting 10 of them... once you see how they work, you will wish you got the 90 pack...

I have used various detox foot pads in the past for two or three weeks at a time to detox. While I do not get an instant boost, I do feel better at the end. These seem to work but the adhesive is terrible. I have yet managed to keep them stuck to my feet through the night. The adhesive pad and foot pad are separate which is fine but the corners do not stay stuck on my feet. They peel off as I am sleeping and one got stuck to my sheets. Luckily they are not very sticky so just a regular wash took care of the sheets.I do not wear socks to bed which will help I think. I am going to try and tape them down with medical tape tonight. If that does not work, then I may just wear them during the day.Shame because they smell nice and seem to work ok if you can keep them on.

Was so skeptical at first but my husband and I tried it one time.. on one foot.. and swore we slept better, and had a clearer head without so much fatigue in the morning. My daughter and son and his girlfriend have now tried it too and said they had better sleep and a clearer head and more energy each day. We wrap ours with a light small amount of self stick sports wrap doesn’t come off when we get up or toss and turn and we are using 1 pad a night because 2 pads felt to strong in the area of detoxing so we will grow into 2 pads a night but are living 1 pad!!!! Ordered more since now the 5 of us are doing it! Love it!

Husband and I used these for two weeks with no noticeable effect outside of me developing an irritation from the adhesive.That being said, they were easy to apply and adhesion was good. May work for some, just not for us.We received a prompt refund after return.

Liked how the product was packaged, and will enjoy using them often. Very good price also!
