GOOD HDR, NOT FOR FPS GAMING
Out of the box the colors are pretty washed and the monitor is quite dark, but with HDR mode turned on the monitor comes to life and looks very good for the price point (i paid 230 USD). Motion clarity is not great and at only 170hz I would not use this for fps gaming. But if you play RPGs or like to watch media with good picture and color quality then I would recommend this monitor 100%.

Not worth buying unless you want to strictly run HDR
Foggy washed image, HDR looked nice but when it’s off it’s horrible. Tried 3 different settings and messed around with it, nothing really changed the display, honestly as a fps gamer I don’t recommend this. If you play more single player games and want beautiful colors I’d recommend this, but not for fps.

A few stuck pixels! This is bad!
After playing some darker games I noticed several stuck pixels on the monitor. Now I cant stop looking at it. I may have to return this monitor.

It's alright
My monitor was very vibrant and I enjoyed the good viewing angles and colors, alongside the good refresh rate. What I did NOT enjoy was the terrible IPS Glow on the bottom corners. When looking at a black screen the corners were literally orange. Even looking dead center or directly at the corners, it's always orange. I couldn't stand this so I returned it.Some accept it because it's supposedly an inherent nature of IPS, but paying $300 and getting a literal orange screen for me is unacceptable. I'm waiting on my used Odyssey G7 to come to compare it.

XV272U RV 27
I ordered the XV272U RV 27 UM.HX2AA.V06 Excellent Monitor for the price. Remember to turn on max brightness in setting to get the for 400 nits.I purchased the monitor at $249.99. Amazon has a sale within 4 days of my purchase where the monitor is $199.99. Customer service would not adjust or credit even partially. I am in the market for a nvme ssd which I would have purchased through Amazon with even a 50% credit. At this point I'd rather purchase through Best Buy with their internal Oct 30 - Jan 13th "Holiday Price Match Guarantee".

Bought two and one is DOA
I am an IT professional with an engineering degree and have been working on PCs since 1979...yup was a certified repair tech for IBM XT/AT and PS2 :). Disapointed and for the first time in my life had a DOA our of the box. Well, it actually powered up and worked about almost minutes before it flickered and died. The power light still comes on but the boot up logo does not show and no amount of power cycling, using HDMI or displayport cables makes no difference. Will hopefully exchange the doa one as I would like to have matching monitors on my desk.

Dead pixels
Bought this monitor even after reading about dead pixels thinking I would be ok. Wrong. First monitor dead pixel, replacement monitor dead pixels. I would go for a acer nitro or equivalent. Save your time and a headache trust me.
