I recently moved into a smaller home with much less counter and storage space in the kitchen. I was looking for a place to put my large knives that was out of the way and came across this. I was looking for something that gave me several options for putting it up. This is magnetized so it can be put on the refrigerator instead of hanging on the wall (which is very limited for me). It was a perfect solution. It has a strong magnetic for both the knife side and the side for the fridge. It hasn't moved one inch since I put it up. The knifes are secure and with the small hooks I've been able to hang up some of my larger ladles. The block is large enough for my largest knifes plus 2 kitchen scissors. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

I recently downsized into a smaller home and I was looking for a space saving way to keep my knives handy. My prior home had a knife holder that was screwed into the side of my cabinet. While it worked great, I was hoping to find a different version that would be magnetic so I wouldn't have to damage my cabinets. I was skeptical that this would be strong enough, but I was definitely wrong! I like the sleek look of it and the magnet is super strong. I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely purchase it again.

Got this to hang on the wall but once it got here, I tried the magnetic option on the fridge first to test it out. It works GREAT there and I'll probably leave it as is now.My knives attach perfectly. The feel very secure but are easy to remove. The strength of the magnets on the very, very ends is a bit lighter, so when I put the larger, heavier knife there, it did tilt a bit. The smaller paring knife doesn't. So that's why I have them in that order in the photo. If you only have larger knives, you may want to keep them a bit more towards the middle.The utensils set I have has very small holes and the hooks actually fit them. (Another rack I tried had fatter hooks and didn't work for me.) But still very strong and don't bend with heavier items hung on them.I have more on it than I'd like at the moment because I'm trying to decide which to keep out, which to put in a draw, and which to get rid of/donate. But I can still slide the hooks around easily and access what I want very quickly.So overall, a great solution and even better than I'd originally thought since I was able to very easily toss it onto the side of the fridge and call it a day.

This is a very nice option for storing knives because you don't have to concern yourself with what's gotten down into the crevices of your knife storage block if you use one of those. We've been using this m for more thana year now and the magnet hasn't lost any of its holding power. It's easy to clean and the small bar that you can attach the hooks to adds additional utility to this knife holder for hanging other cooking utensils on so everything you need is within reach, no more digging through drawers.

Probably needs some anti-slid coating. Nives tend to rotate on it if not balanced.

This is heavy and sturdy. Looks great above the stove. Knives fit great!!

Nice silver color matches my stove/oven backsplash. Holds great. I was worried about the base of my knives not fitting because they are thick; with this holder, I have extra room between the wall and the base of the knives. The hanging hooks are a great idea, all my cooking utensils are right in my reach as well as my knives.

Finally a knife holder with magnets strong enough to stick to the fridge and hold knives!! So many others made this claim but failed and needed double sided tape etc…not interested in that. Very happy with this one!
