no matter what, it always says error a few seconds after turning it on. every time. the only time it didn't say error is when i figured out how to turn it off without unplugging it. the product i recieved is defective i think. there are no instructions. there is nothing written anywhere, there is no link to a website or anything, only the videos you see here, thats it. and they don't talk about various error codes, what they mean, i think because its a chinese product, they don't have customer/tech support, or even forums, so theres a fair chance that you might never get to diagnose errors. or find anyone who can. and i would be a bit surprised if amazon itself was able to provide that kind of tech support for this product, so i'm just going to hope they give me a refund, or send me one that works. save your money and go for a different brand. when you search for support forums to diagnose error codes, all you will find is links to ads, this page, and, reviews, but nothing about error codes anywhere.

I see this seems to work well for some, and not well for others. This did nothing for my hair. I get its small and light and cheap in comparison to going somewhere to have it done - but the strength of this is extremely weak even at its fullest setting. Hopefully others will have better use than me!

I tried this ,specifically for those stubborn annoying toe hairs and some leg hair. As you can see even after shaving a bit, it cant even remove a single on. As for the leg hair if you look at the photo you can see all it does is curl the ends of the hair,gets nowhere near the follicle and does not remove any hair. According to their chart level 4-5 should have worked fine. These photos were taken after 300+ flashes were used. Really wanted this to work ,but its a waste of money.

This hair removal machine works great for me. Easy to use, have clear instructions. Very light to hold. And it's worth the price. Recommended to everyone who does not want to use wax. I'm pretty appreciate of this device.
