Under sized.
I ordered a medium because that's my normal size, but could barely get the panty piece on. I returned for a larger size.

Helpful Item for Women With Prolapse
Got this for someone so can't speak directly but I know it helps her considerably. It is a fairly expensive item for what it actually is but there are not many options. If you're dealing with prolapse issues, I highly recommend going to a certified pelvic floor physiotherapist as they can really, really help with these issues. Unfortunately, if you wait too long, you'll likely need an item like this one. It won't improve your issue, but will help by making the symptoms less uncomfortable.

Overpriced for such poor quality...
This fell apart before I wore it a week! Extremely flimsy construction and way overpriced for the low quality!Would not recommend it to anyone.

Too Bulky
The idea behind the product is good, but it is a complicated contraption that arrives without a single instruction. If you do figure out how to wear it, it is bulky and uncomfortable. In reality, I see no difference in what this claims it does and a regular old-fashioned girdle, which can be purchased much cheaper.

Feminine Support
This is a very useful product if you can determine the right size. Mine was a little bit too small and, of course there is no return. My only advice would be to probably buy one size larger than you think you need. The main difficulty lies with the band that goes around the waist.

This saved me during pregnancy.
I wore this faithfully throughout my last pregnancy for vulvar varicosities, and it saved me. I wish I had had it with earlier pregnancies. So grateful. BTW, it felt weird to me at first, but after some adjustments and continued use, I got used to it, and it gave me the support I needed. I also wore compression hosiery: thigh-highs and knee-highs. I recommend Allegro brand. Also used a belly-bra-type thing. I was held together with elastic and velcro, but, hey--we do what we have to do. The reward in the end is worth it. Thanks, Fembrace!
